Prior to placing our order we strongly recommend purchasing samples. This will enable you to
view the feel, finish, size and quality of our work. You can order samples on each designs page.

THE ORDERING PROCESS:

1) When you have chosen a design, font(s), colour(s) and embellishment(s), you can complete
an order form, or email your order through to us at hello@twobytwoweddings.com or call us.

2) Within 48 hours of receiving your order we will email you an order confirmation and an invoice
for £50 deposit.

3) Within 3 working days from receipt of your deposit you will receive your digital proofs via email.
Once you have checked these proofs you will receive your final proofs in hard copy by post. Hard
copies are necessary to enable you to check the colours of your stationery. Hard copy proofs contain
a declaration from you that everything is correct. After we receive your signed approval on all items
we go to print. You'll receive an email confirmation that your signature has been received along with
an estimated completion date.

4) Whilst printing and finishing takes place we will send you an invoice for the balance of your
order. Please note that balance in full is required before your order will be released for shipment.
