Our current lead time is 5 - 10 working days for proofing (from when we receive your
order form and deposit) and 5 - 10 working days for printing (from when you sign off
your order and authorise us to print). We aim to produce your order in the shortest possible
time, and we'll advise of print date upon receipt of your order form. If your order is urgent please
advise, and ask us about our express and sos service.

Ordering is easy. Just complete an order form & send it by email or post.
The order form was enclosed with your sample pack, alternatively please click
the links below to down load as a word doc, or pdf.

Upon receipt of your order form & deposit we will proof your order. Proofs contain a
finished sample of your invite, and a hard copy set for you to check and return.
Once you have checked your order, made any changes and approved we go to print.

Frequently asked questions:

When should I send out my invitations?
Usually invitations are sent out 6-8 weeks before the wedding, with the following exceptions:
a) If you are inviting guests from abroad.
b) If you are being married in a foreign country.
c) If your wedding falls on a bank holiday.

In these instances we suggest you send your invitations at least 4 - 6 months before the wedding.

Do I order everything at once?
We first of all concentrate on your wedding invitations, rsvp cards & direction notices; then if you require the co-ordinating items from the range for the day we talk approximately 1 - 2 months before your wedding.

How long does it take from start to finish?
Please allow at least 5 working days for your proofs to be posted to you. Once you have checked your proofs and are happy for us to go to print please allow 5 working days for your order to be printed and despatched. We offer an express service and an SOS service that offers a guaranteed turnaround.

How many wedding invitations & rsvp cards should I order?
We recommend one invitation per family or household. Don't forget to order extras, if you run out we can print extras, please allow 10 working days for run on's to be printed.

What about my evening invitations?
All our designs include a specific evening invitation design. We have a range of mantle cards within each range, perfect if you are inviting large numbers for the evening reception.

Do you supply ribbons as part of my order?
Hand-tied ribbon is included in the price of certain invitations and as an optional extra throughout. All our ribbons are also available to purchase if required.

What is the procedure for "on the day" and "after the day" wedding stationery?

1) Order of Service/Order of the Day
The order of service is a guide for your guests to follow throughout the ceremony and is a wonderful memento of your special day. You should order one order of service per couple. We suggest you order at least 6 weeks prior to the wedding to ensure everything is with you in good time.

2) Menus & Place Setting Cards
We suggest three menus for each table of 8 people, and possibly extras for the top table. Please place your order once you have confirmed the menu with your caterer. Please order at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding.

3) Thank You Cards
We have a range of thank you cards that will compliment your wedding stationery. Please visit our 'thank you' section for full details. We suggest you order one thank you card per household, and please order 3 weeks prior to the wedding.
