you available?
We are always available! Please
let us know when you want to
send your invites to your guests
and we'll work out the appropriate
timeline (please see "when"
for more info).
How much is
your stationery?
Each style in our range is priced
individually, please refer to
the "portfolio"
section for more info. We run
offers and discounts fairly
often, please contact us, or
join our mailing list (www.twoxtwoweddings.com)
to subscibe to these.
How do I order?
We are a mail order company,
you don't need to place your
order in person and ordering
is easy. Please see our "place
an order" section for
details.
What's your
payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit
is required to reserve your
order; the remainder is due
before we despatch your goods.
Payment can be made by cash,
check or credit card.
What if I decide
to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order, a
cancellation fee is payable
as follows: 0% of the amount
paid if the order is cancelled
prior to any work commencing.
50% after proofs have been despatched.
100% of the amount paid if the
order is cancelled after completion
of /on delivery of finished
items.
How do you deliver?
We use a signed for service
and are happy to ship to any
address worldwide.

Can
I come to your studio
to watch you work?
We are a mail order
company and our
processes enable
us to work efficiently
on your order whatever
your location.
Once you have placed
your order you are
welcome to visit
us. If you are yet
to place your order
with us we attend
many shows, locally
and nationally where
you can meet our
team.
Our DIY courses
run all year round
or you can book
into one of our
NEW "Creativi-tea"
sessions in Winchester,
Hants. Please email
our studio for
information and
a booking form.
Returns:
As
our stationery is
bespoke we cannot
accept returns.
If in the unlikely
event the work we
make a mistake and
deliver an order
that is found to
be different to
your signed proofs,
you are entitled
to a replacement
of the items, free
of charge, subject
to notifying us
within 48 hours
of delivery. Delivery
of replacements
is within 14 days.
