Are
you available?
We have a certain amount of
production capacity and encourage
you to order early. Our total
time required is about 2 weeks,
but please allow yourself enough
time to check your proofs through
(please see "when"
for more info).
How much is
your stationery?
Each style in our range is priced
individually, please refer to
the "portfolio"
section for more info. We advise
you contact us for a quote as
you will receive a discount
if you order wedding invites
+ other items.
How do I order?
We are a mail order company,
you don't need to place your
order in person and ordering
is easy. Please see our "place
an order" section for
details.
What's your
payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit
is required to reserve your
order; the remainder is due
before we despatch your goods.
Payment can be made by cash,
check or credit card.
What if I decide
to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order, a
cancellation fee is payable
as follows: 0% of the amount
paid if the order is cancelled
prior to any work commencing.
50% after proofs have been despatched.
100% of the amount paid if the
order is cancelled after completion
of /on delivery of finished
items.
How do you deliver?
We use a signed for service
and are happy to ship to any
address worldwide.

Do you offer discounts?
We discount your
order for the total
cost of any money
you have spent on
samples. We also
run offers each
month on certain
products.
Can
I come to your studio
to watch you work
or discuss my order?
As we are a mail
order company our
processes enable
us to work efficiently
on your order whatever
your location. We
are a very small,
very busy studio,
every order we make
is handcrafted and
while that makes
for some spectacular
work, it doesn't
leave us with a
lot of time for
visitors.
We do realise that
you are extremely
special, and may
wish to come to
our studio to discuss
your order with
us. We devote the
last saturday of
the month to our
clients with appointments
throughout the day
in our studio in
Hampshire. Please

or email
her directly. We
attend many shows,
locally and nationally
where you can meet
our team.
Our telephone lines
are open monday
- friday 10am -
5pm and we will
happily answer any
questions and offer
guidance on your
order.
Returns:
As
our stationery is
bespoke we cannot
accept returns.
If in the unlikely
event the work we
make a mistake and
deliver an order
that is found to
be different to
your signed proofs,
you are entitled
to a replacement
of the items, free
of charge, subject
to notifying us
within 48 hours
of delivery. Delivery
of replacements
is within 14 days.
